This is the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle in particular stands out. She works on reception and is so friendly and chatty. Extremely helpful and always has a smile to welcome you through the door. The staff in the pub next door are also super helpful and friendly. They really do everything to make it a home from home. I definitely recommend
Personally the bed was a bit soft for us, clean and tidy, car parking was busy. The beefeater next door was also parking there.
We arrived late at night after an 8-hour drive and were greeted by a friendly, helpful member of staff, which was very much appreciated. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long journey. The only small thing to note was that there was only enough tea and coffee in the room for one cup each. There were extra teabags and coffee sachets available by reception, but as we arrived around 11.30pm we were too shattered to head back down again. This wouldn’t stop me staying again at all, but something worth noting for other late arrivals. Overall, a very good stay.
Hotel room was spacious and clean, comfy bed , plenty of free parking, good location for where we needed to be. Lighting an issue in relation to mirrors for ladies getting ready to go out! Wasn’t happy with kids running past the room and down the fire escape next to our room.. apparently that wasn’t ask issue when we enquired at reception?!?!? Shame about the Beefeater next door.. had to send beers back and food back as tasted nothing like they should! Partner was sick afterwards Glad we hadn’t booked breakfast !! Would visit Premier Inn again but definitely not the Beefeater!
We had a lovely experience. From booking, to checking out we had a problem free stay. Michelle was amazing at helping us allocate Interconnecting room to our booking so our disabled adult daughters were kept safe. The rooms were both clear tidy and spacious. Not too hot, not too cold. Lovely and quiet, great nights sleep!! Lovely chocolates surprise (probs cause christmas) awaiting in our room. Thank you to the entire team, we had a great stay.
Room size good 1 double bed and chez lounge. Shower fixed but good shower head over bath with good water pressure. TV 50" fixed to wall with access to connections. Phone signal good, can stream Netflix etc Parking lots of spaces, log plate number at reception. No problem with noise in room. Local amenities beefeater pub/restaurant next door
The receptionist named Jasmin was so extremely helpful and friendly. She recommended such a lovely restaurant for me to try and just made the whole trip very easy and simple.
I recently stayed at this Premier Inn and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk donna were incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was seamless, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful local tips with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find a team that feels this attentive and friendly. The food was another highlight of the trip thanks to josh and the young lady both evening and breakfast. . I had the unlimited breakfast, which was fresh, hot, and offered a great variety of options—definitely the best way to start the day. I also ate at the restaurant in the evening; the service was quick, and the meal was delicious and very well-priced. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay where the team actually cares about your experience, I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning!
